When should payment be submitted?
Payment should be submitted only after your registration or sponsorship has been confirmed, unless you are otherwise directed by event organizers.
Does submitting the form guarantee a spot?
No. Registrations and sponsorships are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability.
Can I attend the banquet without golfing?
Yes. Banquet-only attendance is available, and additional banquet tickets may also be requested for guests.
Can businesses donate raffle prizes?
Yes. Businesses and supporters may donate raffle prizes or in-kind items through the same online form.
Where do I submit sponsor information or logos?
The online form can be used to submit your sponsorship interest. Final sponsor assets or printed recognition details can be coordinated with event contacts after confirmation.
Why are payments processed through Rotary?
At this time, the Seal Beach POA is using the Seal Beach City Rotary Club as the current charitable/payment partner for the 2026 tournament. The POA is working toward future independent infrastructure, but Rotary is currently processing payments and maintaining the event payment page.
Is the POA currently claiming 501(c)(3) status?
No. The tax-deductible language on this website refers to the Seal Beach City Rotary Club, which is the current recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization processing event payments. Please consult your tax professional for specific tax guidance.
